30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to a different address than where orders ship from.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free gifts

Free gifts included with an order don't need to be returned.
