Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or busy holiday periods.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any optional faster shipping will be shown, with its price, at checkout.

Multiple packages

Some orders ship from more than one warehouse, so items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us with your order number and we'll help locate it or send a replacement.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if you need to change it; we can't change an address once an order has shipped.
